Story
The mission
Deven Vierra created Chapter Estate Sales with a mission to provide better support to the community, in times when human to human connection is needed most. After years of experience and seeing what was missing in the industry, he decided to listen to his inner calling to open up his own business and live out his purpose by truly putting the community's needs first.​

How it all started
Deven's foundation in estate liquidation began over two decades ago, working alongside his family to organize community sales, discover antique treasures, and master the art of space curation (often with Eva Cassidy playing in the background). These formative years, combined with a family dedication to local outreach and service, instilled in him a deep respect for people's belongings and stories.
After years of freelance photography, visual merchandising for retailers like Barney's New York and Pottery Barn, and working for local estate sale businesses, Deven returned to his roots. With well-rounded skills, a love for nostalgia, and a desire to help people, he finds deep fulfillment in providing professional, honest, and compassionate estate sale services in the greater Seattle area.
